Magic mornings…

 


I've been meditating for nearly 3 decades.

I started doing it occasionally when I was feeling tense, but over the years, it has become a daily practice. I get up early, light some candles, and just sit in the silence. Sometimes I have meditative music in the background or the sound of a waterfall or a crackling fire…

I rarely go a day without this morning ritual.

The great Ace Ventura (pet detective :) once said, “If I don’t finish my meditation, I tend to get a little cranky!” And he was on to something.

The practice of meditation is the quickest way to raise your vibration and smooth out the creases of life. It’s a life-changer. It’s also simple, easy, and free!

Take some time every day to practice a kind of thoughtless awareness.

Sit, be present, and focus on your breathing or a repetitive sound for a few minutes before jumping into the activities and thoughts of the day.

It may take a while before you’re able to reach a state of inner peace, but there’s no practice that requires such a small effort for such a large payoff.

This is where the magic happens.
