Understanding energy, frequency, and vibration
is key to
a joyful life.

When we demystify the process of conscious creation we can apply practical magic in our everyday lives.

Hi, I’m Liesje,

Here’s the story of how I started working with energy and teaching others the ins and outs of conscious creation.
I grew up in a quaint little town in Flanders, Belgium. My upbringing was typical of people raised in Western cultures in the 1980s. My parents got divorced when I was 4, so I spent most of my childhood moving between two homes: my dad’s restaurant and my mom’s candy shop.

Ever since I was young, I felt a strong connection to the spiritual world.

Because of this, I was able to manifest my desires quite easily, if maybe a bit haphazardly. I would imagine something I wanted, and soon enough, it would materialize. Let me share a few examples to illustrate this.

First off, here’s how I stumbled my way into a record deal with Sony Music. In my early twenties, I was singing in a local band, and one night, after rehearsals, I told a friend I wanted to find a band like Portishead that needed a singer. Et voila! Like magic, a week later, out of the blue, the phone rang. It was a band called Hooverphonic. A local act that was not only looking for a singer but was in the style of Portishead. Before I knew it, I went in for an audition, and a few short months later, I recorded an album with them called “A New Stereophonic Sound Spectacular.” It sold across the globe.

On a separate occasion, a few years later, I was chatting with my mom in the kitchen, and I matter-of-factly told her I was going to marry an American. She looked at me, puzzled, wondering how I intended to pull that off. Keep in mind that this all happened in the 90s. There was no internet, and face-to-face encounters were pretty much the only way to meet people. On top of that, I’m as introverted as they come. Randomly meeting new people is not my thing.

Nevertheless, a few months later, I was at a club with my sister and some friends. I was standing on the second-floor balcony, looking at everybody having a good time. Suddenly, an attractive man came up beside me and asked, “So, what do you think of the music in this place?” It was Mark, my future husband, an American from Los Angeles who was temporarily working in Europe. There are so many other unbelievable details to this story I won’t go into, but suffice it to say it was yet another unusual set of events for this small-town Belgian girl.

Despite my strange successes, navigating life was very challenging at times.

I had experienced childhood trauma, which left me with a frazzled nervous system and a lot of confusion around healthy personal boundaries.

Although I always felt guided by my inner voice, I often felt anxious and overwhelmed when facing the outside world. It seemed that I simply didn’t fit the mold. Over time, my anxieties got the better of me, and although I never stopped believing in my inner guidance, there were times I lost faith in myself. So, for a short while, I began to doubt my ability to manifest the things I desired.

In my late twenties, I was diagnosed with ADHD and advised to take medication. This was the turning point for me. I decided enough was enough. I made the conscious decision not to go that route and embarked on a journey to find better solutions. Once I had made that decision, I regained my footing, and answers began pouring through me once again. I started meditating regularly, and over time, I learned how to heal myself.

In the following years, I began to work with energy more consciously. I studied the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and familiarized myself with the body's energy systems. I explored the connections between many of the world’s metaphysical, spiritual, and healing traditions, such as Ayurveda, psychology, yoga, astrology, and mediumship. Every rock I overturned led me on a new path of deeper understanding. Until eventually… I was able to enter a blissful state at will.

It was at this time that I sensed a coming full circle from my childhood when I almost effortlessly manifested my dreams.

I felt a return to the essence of life—a state of connection with the universe that allows one to create a joyful and rewarding way of life.

While my story is unique to me, it’s not uncommon. In the last decades, many people have experienced a spiritual awakening. Still, the journey of the spiritual seeker has become easier than it was back in the mid-90s.
I still remember getting funny looks from the other band members when I did my sun salutations before rehearsal.

It seems that now most of the path has been cleared for those interested in spirituality. Meditation, yoga, and alternative ways to create more inner peace have gained popularity, and there’s also an ever-growing interest in the process of manifestation.

Nevertheless, there’s still a lot of confusion around these topics. This is because people are overwhelmed with information. The sheer volume of material available makes it hard to find reliable guidance.

But there’s a way to skip the guesswork and learn how to live a joyful, and intuitively guided life.
